A non-binding resolution passed with a unanimous vote today. The move comes after possibility that President Trump may allow Russian officials to question a former U.S. ambassador and other Americans.        Conservationists are opposing a Trump administration proposal, fearing it may strip key provisions from the Endangered Species Act. Officials say the change in the text would strip protections from species that are deemed merely "threatened" rather than "endangered." Also at issue is a proposal to strike language guiding officials to ignore economic consequences in favor of wildlife.       Kevin Kisner [[ KIZZ-ner ]] is leading after the first day of The Open Championship.
