A new allegation of sexual misconduct against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is coming to light. The New Yorker reports a woman named Deborah Ramirez claims Kavanaugh exposed himself in front of her at a party when he was a freshman at Yale. Ramirez says the incident happened at a drunken dorm room party. A White House statement also called it a "coordinated smear campaign by the Democrats."        Actress Alyssa Milano is joining the chorus of voices online explaining why they didn't file a report when they were sexually assaulted. The hashtag Why I Didn't Report started trending after President Trump questioned why Dr. Christine Blasey Ford didn't report her alleged sexual assault at the hands of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh back in the 1980s. In a piece for Vox, Milano wrote that the reason is because women know all too well their stories are rarely taken seriously or believed.        A North Carolina woman who sheltered and saved pets after Hurricane Florence is now facing charges. Tammie Hedges was arrested last week in Wayne County and charged with numerous counts of illegally practicing veterinary medicine. Hedges owns the Crazy's Claws N Paws rescue and took in animals at a warehouse which isn't yet licensed as a shelter. The charges stem from her giving animals medication at the unlicensed facility.        A bipartisan aviation bill is letting go of language that would require airlines to make sure baggage fees are "reasonable and proportional." The bill to reauthorize the FAA was unveiled in Congress over the weekend and while it got rid of the reasonable fee requirement, it does require the FAA to mandate minimum passenger seat sizes, legroom included. It also prevents airlines from forcibly removing passengers after they've made it through the boarding gate.        Tiger Woods is celebrating his first victory in more than five years. Woods carded a plus-one 71 in Sunday's final round to win the TOUR Championship in Atlanta. Woods finished at 11-under-par for the tournament, two shots ahead of Billy Horschel.
