The President says his decision to cancel the meeting with North Korea is "a setback for North Korea and a setback for the world." Kim Jong Un and Trump planned to meet on June 12th in Singapore. At the White House today, Trump said harsh rhetoric from the North fueled his decision to cancel the meeting.        The top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee says there's no proof to support the allegations that the FBI or any intelligence agency put a spy in the Trump presidential campaign. Today following a classified intelligence briefing, Congressman Adam Schiff [[ shiff ]] said there's also no evidence to back up the claim that any law enforcement agency failed to follow appropriate procedures and protocols.        Survivors of previous mass shootings are being featured at Texas Governor Greg Abbott's final roundtable on school safety. Multiple teachers and students from last week's deadly attack at Santa Fe High School will give opinions on safety, as will survivors from last year's shooting at First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs.        A near or above normal hurricane season is expected this year in the Atlantic Basin. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration says ten to 16 named storms are expected, five to nine of which are going to be hurricanes, and one to four that will become Category Three or higher hurricanes. The Atlantic Basin comprises the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean.        The Congressional Medal of Honor is being awarded to a retired Navy SEAL. During a ceremony at the White House today, President Trump called Britt Slabinski [[ slah-BIN-ski ]] a truly brave individual. His heroism occurred in Afghanistan in 2002 during a vicious fight with heavily-armed enemy combatants.        Late actress Carrie Fisher is being remembered in Hollywood today. The late actress posthumously received a plaque in front of the TCL Chinese Theatre. Her brother Todd Fisher unveiled and dedicated the plaque in her honor.
