Residents of the unincorporated California towns of Concow and Magalia in California are feeling they are not getting enough attention in the aftermath of the deadliest wildfire in state history. Officials announced they found eight more bodies in Paradise, Butte County's second largest city. That increased the death toll from the blaze to 56. However, some of those victims are from the smaller towns nearby. At least seven Concow residents are among the dead.       There are still seven undecided races for the U.S. House of Representatives. NBC News called three races, all for Democrats, on Wednesday. In the seven undecided races, Democrats lead in four of them and Republicans lead in two. The seventh is headed for an instant runoff in Maine after that state approved rank-choice voting. There were two independent candidates in that race that prevented anyone from obtaining more than 50 percent.       Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is making confirming conservative judges a priority for what's left in this term, but that hit a road block on Wednesday. Arizona Republican Jeff Flake said he will not advance or vote to confirm any judge until McConnell allows the full Senate to vote on protecting Special Counsel Robert Mueller's [[ MULL-ers ]] Russia investigation. McConnell said it was unnecessary and refused to bring it to a vote.       After a blistering attack by President Trump on Twitter, French President Emmanuel Macron [[ MAH-crohn ]] is responding. He said he does not do policy or diplomacy by tweets. He also slipped in a reminder to President Trump that the two nations have been allies since the French helped the United States defeat England in the Revolutionary War.        An ancient lost city in Greece is coming out of the history books and becoming real. Greek officials announced they have found the site of Tenea, a city that history claims was built by prisoners of the Trojan War. They released photos of the walls and described some of the artifacts they have uncovered during the past few years.
