- Call to order.
- Roll call.
- Approval of minutes from the meeting held 5/16/19.
- Vote on whether or not to recommend to the City Council that authorization be granted to the Administration to begin contract negotiations with Green Development, LLC, in connection withWoonsocket Renewable Energy Bid #5849.
- Vote on whether or not to recommend to the City Council that the City issue an RFP for the development of a solar energy project at the site known as “River’s Edge”.

Protesters continue to call attention to the crisis in the Middle East on a growing number of college campuses. Demonstrators at Columbia University say they want the Ivy League school to divest from companies they say profit from Israel's violations of international law and Palestinian rights. As the protests spread, a number of arrests were made yesterday at Yale as well as New York University.
